A maximum of 4 mouthpieces may be ordered for a 5-day trial
period.
2.
Mouthpieces must be tested with tape on the beak and ligature
area, and with a non-metallic ligature such as a Rovner or BG.
3.
Mouthpieces must be returned in NEW condition, in original
packaging.
4.
Any mouthpieces returned with teethmarks, ligature scratches, or
other signs of damage, will be considered sold and will be returned to
you.
5.
In order to return a mouthpiece, you MUST contact us within 5
days of receipt by calling our office at 770-928-9216.
Please leave a voice mail message including your Name, Telephone
Number, and Invoice Number. You
will be called with a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION Number. This number must be written clearly on the outside of the
returned package.
6.
Any mouthpiece returned without an RMA Number will be
refused.
7.
A copy of the original Invoice must be enclosed with the returned
item(s).
8.
The returned item(s) must be RECEIVED at our office within 7
business days of issuance of the RMA Number.
9.
There will be a $5 cleaning and re-stocking fee for each
mouthpiece returned.
10.
After the returned mouthpiece has been cleaned and inspected for
damage, you will receive a full refund, minus the shipping charges and
$5 fee per mouthpiece described above.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for credit card refunds to appear on your
account.
